How are these sites referred to? Network name?

no network name, they have many aliases and every site is laid out the same. Some of the names are surveyrewardcenter, bigbrandsurveys, surveysandgifts, giftrewardportal, bigbrandgiveaway, webrewardcentral, prizerewardcenter, and i'm sure there are many others. As you can see there are a ton of different domains all run by the same company....

They are all run by a group called PureAds LLc.
