We are talking about freebie sites, I-Deal to be specific.
Roll is right, they are country specific.

Go easy on ryndne guys, it was a simple mistake to make -- I almost posted a correction myself. The way RTS worded it was vague enough to presume he was talking about TLDs in general, and not the wacky way that I-Deal distributes them geographically.
If I-Deal's webmasters or network folks had a clue, they could easily determine where their customer hits originated from and serve different content to each from a single domain. With the money they make I've always wondered why their systems are as decrepit as they are...

stupid stupid[/quoteccce818852]
nothing to do with being stupid -- just with trying to offer information for those who probably had no idea. i didnt realize that it was an ideal-specific thing (there are plenty of uneducated stupid people out there, so i was trying to help). In reality, it makes no difference what the .domainurl==http://=http:///url is on the back end of a website. most of the people that read this have probably never heard of half of those so i figured i would help out. its not my fault that I-Deal needs to separate their websites in this manner. If I thought that Roll was talking about something I-deal specific, do you really think i would have made that post since it wouldnt be the first thing they've done that doesnt make complete sense? I would have gone "oh, I-deal...thats not surprising"
Roll - I'll let you know if I see any good offers. Probably have to refer at least 2 other unique caves for anything good though haha
