The fact that pages 3 offers are OODs, in no way implies that the site is legit...I would be very concerned that there's no way to check status.

To do what, stake out the UPS Store and wait for the proxy domain registrar to show up for their mail? ) That isn't the address of the site, you know. That's the point of a proxy registrar to hide the domain owner's contact info.
