Getting no response from Brandarama support...Been 2 weeks

Usually they answer emails same day but I have one they haven't answered from Dec 14th...The phone number is useless as it always disconnects me after like 15 minutes...Any thoughts? Thanks

Try calling them at different times throughout the day.. you'll get a hold of them.

amex's went out last week.

I'm not saying he didn't repeat offers; maybe he did. However, it's not really impossible to do what he did without repeating offers, is it? He only has six sites, so he had to do six page 3 offers and one page 4 offer. Brandarama might be no I-deal in terms of offer selection, but six offers on page 3 does not sound unreasonable.

In any case, I think we all need to stop pointing fingers at each other and accuse each other of not following the rules when the freebie companies like Ideal are shafting people over.

FIPG used to be great back in the day, but now, it's just a bunch of people fighting. Please, let's try to be more cordial to each other in here.

my sister signed up for a site for baby formula months ago. her certificates were processed on sep 11 and she asked how long it should take for them to send it. i was kinda surprised it's been almost 4 months and she still hadn't received it.

i told her to send them a message through the site and she wrote me to say they wrote her back the today with a confirmation number. i always received responses next day/2 days.

i don't recommend constant e-mails to customer service. but i think 2 weeks without a response is a reasonable amount of time to wait for brandarama.

They have been a little [idd010e6d95]off[/idd010e6d95] the past few weeks. With emails I've had no problem but getting gifts to confirm after sending certs in has dropped off, also getting gifts to show confirmed after going green on all offers has been lacking.
