I proccessed on newelectronics4free before the whole gold glitch. Remained processed untill the site went expired. Now I cant log in at all. Sent a ticket and they say I'm not a registered user. Whats the deal?

reply back saying it MUST be a mistake and to take a second look.

does it work to just click reply and send them an email that way? or do you have to use the contact us link...

I ran into this problem with econsumerrewards when i wanted to check the status of my handbag.

They actually have new configuration numbers so make sure it is the same as teh previous site you sigend up for. With all this glitching going on, they obviously changed the name of some sites along with the configuration numbers. When I found the correct one, I was able to login just fine.
