The purse that I ordered is valued at 1680, and i checked on the designer site and it actually is still. I'm hoping for a check and ill even take it even if it is less than retail value. Oh and yes ive been with her for 8 months now so im at least satisifed.

yeah you should have something probably in 3 weeks

so when does you tax stuff get taken into effect. when they pay fo rthe gift or when ou get it. If you get a gift on january 2nd but they payed for it in 2007 does it go on 07 taxes or 08s

They'll claim it as a 2007 expense, and thus should be shown on the 2007 1099 they send you.

Because I was processed for 6 weeks, and lost my processed account a few days ago... because my referral didnt complete his, when in actuality, he did.

Did you try emailing support about it?

What do you mean he completed it, but he didn't?
He didn't show up as green under you?
You could try to take screen-shots of both accounts and just email support.

I signed up for the purse site and when they had the gold problem, i kept getting "do more offers" then the site expired. I emailed them to see whats up, and I kept repeating myself over and over in each e-mail and still nothing. $1680 is alot to just let go, when i know I've done my part. Im thinking small claims, since it will only cost me $71 to file.

I will be filing in small claims but lets see first what they send me in the mail.
