You have to be very very polite. I said something like this

My account status is the same. All of my offers are still approved (you even
stated that with the glitch in the gold section that I was okay). I had
offers transferred from the bestrewardsaround site that expired( Rachel
Ray). You have my forms AND my W-9 with my ss number. When will I be
processed? Thanks for looking into this matter. I appreciated your kindness.

oh but thats not even my situation, ive been approved for over 8 weeks and no sign of shipping or change in account stating that my gift has shipped

Ask them about you being processed. I bet they dont ship out till next year anyways. Are they giving you the run around when you ask about being processed?

If it makes you feel any better (probably not), I am in the same boat as you. My certs were processed on 10/12, with an expected shipment of 6-8 weeks (this week). I have not seen or heard anything. I sent an email yesterday simply asking when I can expect shipment, and have not received a response yet. I am sure that I will probably get the response that you got. Personally, I think that i-deal is dicking everyone over, and the chances of getting the TV are slim to none. I'm ready to jus tmove on and forget the whole thing. No more i-deal sites for me or anyone that I know!

They probably are not going to ship out anything till the New Year.

yea i kno, ive sent response before asking if i could get a check instead if the plasma was had to find and no response to that...................btw why do u say the new years? its been a long time already, its not fair

probably for tax reasons (i heard it somewhere else) and they need to get the joshclark clan straightened out.

Basically, IDEAL just needs to cool off.

The problem with being patient is that my 60 days are up tomorrow, and my replacement offers aren't crediting.

i cant believe they told me they didnt kno anything....can other ppl e-mail them and see what they say

I was processed on October 23 and my account expired... I emailed them a nice email asking whats going on and they reinstated my account and showed me being processed as of December 6th and needing to do a replacement offer... I did it and now and processed... its sucks that Ill have to wait til next year to get my prize instead of now, but hey as long as I get something.... they coulda just told me tuff luck if they had no intent to send me anything
