im tired of ideal and their glitches..they dont seem to care

ive had enough of this BS with Ideal. now some platinum offers are going back to pending when they have been credited. i try emailing them about my pinklaptop and lawntractor site and i have yet to recieve a reply...its been weeks.

im sure im not the only one having big trouble with ideal. it seems like more and more offers dont credit so members have to do more replacement offers.

after i get these two gifts from ideal...i will never click on an ideal site ever again.

Yes but she hasn't shown her face in awhile, in the past she has been a huge help. Perhaps she can pop up an shed some light on the situation? Some people are getting offers reversed while their still members of the offers....very odd.

they keep ignoring the problem and are still making money off this.

manofice, it seems like every time someone trys to question a site, you come down on them and pretty much tell them to keep quite. why? if we are the ones who are providing the money and possibly spending more becasue the offers dont 'credit'?

Wow... I'm glad I got in a few sites before this all started. They DQ'd me once when I was in college, and they never did respond to my letter. But I got in a few great deals in the mean time. Anyone know if they got bought out or something? They get real, real generous sending stuff out and crediting offers, and now all I hear is bad stuff. It is strange...

I keep trying to recommend these sites to friends, but I'll have to stop that until whatever is going on gets cleared up.

I guess my venting is over ;-)

The offers being revoked is not a glitch. The gold issue they stand firm is. If the offer is reversed you must do more offers, contact them for your cert link again and remail them off

Alright I completed another offer and it was approved already, my question is the gold section was never approved due to the glitch so I was 6 of 6 with only 4 showing approved, now I completed 4 of 6 and I'm wondering if the middle section is still approved.

If you notice the amount of people complaining about ideal on ALL the forums, you'll notice josh clark had a lot of people doing the site also but also you now see how many others were doing the ideal sites that have been quiet in the past. Just deal with whats going on, and let them do their thing, some people were recently processed today, just give it more time.

I'm one of the ones who had the gold glitch problem, along with generic e-mail responses and then when a "real" person e-mailed me, I was told over and over to do more offers, and then when the gold finally goes through, one of the offers that had already approved is now showing as pending. And to top it all off, I logg on to check my account yesterday, and it says my time has expired. I have never had a problem with I-deal. I have had the minor things happen and they always pulled through, but for some reason this time, I don't think they are gonna fix it for me.

I had been waiting for 4 weeks approved and my status said expect to recieve in 6-8 weeks. Then a sliver offer reversed and I ended up doing another offer. It credited but there was no redemption link because of the gold offer glitch. I emailed them asking for the link and it was put on my status page. I resent the certs and w9 today....now I have to wait again...

Yeah, they must've raised the requirements because it was 10 offers for me! Well, no responses from my emails but I checked my account today and was finally able to print my certificate!
Hopefully There's no problems, I'm a little freaked out by their glitches and hit-and-miss customer service...
