Yeah, my guess is that the entire Brandarama database was destroyed, including all credits and orders. Most likely by a terrorist or a disgruntled customer.

I emailed CS and by the time I got the reply most of my log-ins were working. I still have 1 or 2 that arn't but I suspect give them a few more days and things will be ironed out.
oh and i took screen shots just as a backup of the working ones.
