This looks like a burberry coat and purse for 6 offers? Am I right? And possibly a bonus laptop? How do you know if you'll receive a check instead of a gift?

ProductTestPanel... ouch. You'll get the gifts, but the last page alone will probably cost you around $2000-$3000. It's a decent ROI but you need some major up front capital to pull it off.

How is it a decent ROI if you spend $2,000-$3,000 on the last page and you get a coat and purse worth $1,400 or less?

Exactly, I didn't even look at the offer details, just the fact it was PTP. If it's only for a $1400 payout, then it truly does suck. Unless they have some seriously reduced cost offers on that last page.
Folks have scored $5000+ worth of merchandise from these sites, that's where the ROI comes in.
