Anyone notice the gold section across all i-deal sites?

Well it seems across all i-deal sites the gold section has a glitch/ or has been 'reset'. even on gifts that's already been received. Is it me, or do you guys notice this as well?

My golds are clear too. I was a little freaked so I sent CS an email. I am expecting my plasma to ship soon, so the last thing that I need is a screw up. I am sure that they'll take care of it.

Everyone needs to chill... it's probably just a glitch

It would be bad if everyone was getting offers taken away in all different groups but it's one specific group so someone probably just pushed the wrong button.

Yeah, this has to be a glitch...I didn't even think about checking my old plasmatv4free account until now. I already have my tv from them and my gold section has been reset (from complete to pending) along with my gold section on consumersavingcenter. Thanks for pointing this out across all account sites! I feel much better knowing that it isn't just me or just this specific site!

well considering some people we're having problems with offers showing up after they did them, maybe they are finding away to fix this. I know I had problems with the silver and gold section with offers not showing.

I just completed an ideal site today, well I did my 8 offers, hasn't posted yet, and it shows all my offers pending(gold, silver, platinum)

If you are showing pending, you should be fine.

You may need to contact them when you go approved on the other sections in order to confirm the gold section. As this thread says, theres a glitch currently with the gold sections.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this may affect shipping? I was approved and my certs processed 10/12, and it wasy shipping 6-8 weeks after that. I wonder if this is indeed a stall tactic or maybe they're just waiting to load up on some cheap TV's on Black Friday?

I've been waiting for my platinums to get approved, ($500 grocery gift card) and they finally did, but now since the glitch made my gold offers go back to pending it still says I haven't been approved yet for my gift...

I went to the redemption center and it said redemption info not found... It's weird because they said that if your gold offers were approved previously, then they're still approved in their database. So why can't i get my redemption certificate?

Anyone know anything about this?

1. You posted in the gold glitch topic, it's obviously the glitch

2. Don't contact them

3. Look for that link ilovetoys posted and it will show if your gold offers are complete.

This has turned into a pretty big mess.. I mean after we figure a way to actually view are golds being cleared again they change the damn page. I guess that could have been the page they were developing for the fix and someone just got ahold of it quick but who knows.

Guess I will have my ref just do the offers and hope everything rolls fine.

Referrals are showing approved even with the glitch. So if you're referral is not showing approved and is 8/10 on other sections other than gold then he needs to do another gold offer

Have you tried going to the "redemption center" and entering your information? If they've approved you in their database you may be able to get your certificate already... that's what they told me to do first, they only processed me manually when I still couldn't print my certificate.

They probably intentionally did it to get the joshclark million dollar conga mess straightened out. I'm sure they did did a lot of research/investigating and wanted to just chill things out for a month. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

Hopefully the 6-month rule will be phased out... two i-deal sites a year. That almost brings a tear to my eye.
