My Brandarama $1350 Sports Authority gift cards went lost.

They are "researching" it.

Anybody else ever have this happen?

WOW, that really sucks. maybe someone openedt he package and took the gift cards when they saw them on the xray machine or something?

Who issues their giftcards? Call them up, they will confirm that it was never activated and then cancel it and resend you a new one.

True in MOST cases. My gift cards from sports authority came DIRECTLY from SA!!! I repeat NOT from brandarama. They came UPS 2nd day air signature required from sports authority. Just my experience.

Mine came from brandarama. And you don't activate a SA card... they're a store card.

Guess I am one of the rare ones. That is why I was so surprised that they did NOT come from brandarama and my wife wanted to know what I ordered this time. Got me in trouble for a min until I opened the envelope and figured it out..... The other funny thing is I have NEVER gone to "shipped" on this gift. It STILL says "confirmed to ship". Weird.

Yea, the only customer service I practically get is there stupid ass automated responses (we are researching your gift...blah blah blah) . And nobody picked up when I called.

Did the post office lose it on the way to you? Hope your local post office can find it. Brandarama sends them certified mail with delivery confirmation. If not then yeah, your best bet is contacting Brandarama and have them contact Sports Authority to cancel the old ones and order you new ones.

Brandarama send certified mail. My buddy was a mailman, and he said if you lost a certified letter you were pretty much done as a postal worker. They probably never actually got shipped.

Brandarama was of no help. But the Mail guy attempted to deliver something from Brandarama saturday. I have to pick it up tomorrow.

Bottom Line Brandarama Customer Service is a JOKE.

Won't even give you a tracking number.
