Well...Maybe it's time to update your adobe software. Personally I was getting quit a few errors last month or so, & it turned out to be software/vista issues. It worked for me, so it's worth a shot right....?

I tried on both of my computers. One vista, one xp. Tried with both Fox It reader and tried with the latest Adobe acrobat 8.1 as well.

Got the same messgae, i'm sure it'll be fixed soon. Sucks cuz I send them my claim form and neer went confirmed so I have to resend now and this happened. Oh well...
