Since they changed the script with the "you still have to complete" things, have people still been getting credit? Am I safe to do offers?

I've gotten credit just fine... most within 24 hours. But I'm still waiting on a few.

Usually when you click on an offer it automatically shows up -- that didn't happen for the site I tried to complete over the weekend. I did 4 offers and NOTHING is showing. Do they only show up when they are completed now?
