Ok seems like I signed up for trusted rewards while I was logged into rewardsparade and all my offers went into rewardsparade. I decided I would log into trusted rewards today just for the heck of it to see if my offers are there and if any completed. NONE WERE THERE. Tech support is saying Im not even signing up even though I signed up through trusted rewards, signed up for the offers all right there in one sitting. Grrrrr

this is why u need to clear u cookies, cache, save history etc...before doing offers for any site, it'll prevent that ;-) hopefully they can find them or u can show them the proof

Imo....Tough cookie...lol (all puns intended). Yea man, always clear your cookies. Hell! Even when logging in here they tell you to do the same, so it's kind of a big deal.....

Atleast support is sort of trying to help. I hope they can move it over. Atleast move it once I have twice as many credits on rewardsparade 3 offer site lol.

Sucks, I thought different domain names would be ok, guess not.
Email about my rewardsparade and trustedrewards problem.

Thank you for contacting us.

All of our websites are linked together. The two offers you did for $500 gift cards were the exact same gift offer. Same advertiser running that offer. I am sorry, but you cannot do the same gift offer more than once.

I don't think it's the latter because they've said you can do the same advertisement as long as it's on two different domains.

u can do both sites. but cant do same offers. whats so hard to understand??? stop cheating the freebie industry!!!

bruman

01-09-2007 20:33:46

Ohh.. so he repeated OFFERS?

I thought it meant like "gift offers".. like a $500 amex gift offer

maverik

01-09-2007 21:16:24

It's pretty simple lads, the system changed about 2-3 months ago. You can't sign up for both $500 amex 3 offers on trusted & rewards parade. It may appear that you have but it won't allow you to unless.... Anyway, if you guys noticed if you signed up for the 4 offer $1000 Visa on youryopbrands then it will appear in more than one site. Be careful of this glitch. you may be on householdsavingsclub & will see the $1000 visa 4 offer option but it is not for HHsavings. Always LOOK at the site name next to the offers beforehand.

To make it clear, I talked to brandarama for an hour. Went through a few reps.

IF YOU SEE THE SAME TEMPLATE ON 2 DIFFERENT BRANDARAMA SITES, DON'T DO BOTH.

$500 amex grocery shopping, don't do trusted rewards one and rewards parade. Pick one.

I also thought that itd be ok to do since they were two different domains and by the "letter of the law" they are separate "offers" since they have completely different url's (id's) and what not. This isn't the case though.

Watch out, keep track of the links you used to get to offers so that when you find a new one it isn't a duplicate one on a different domain.
Kind of gives me a negative feeling about brandarama. It's a good way to make more money on their part. Though what can I really complain about, I don't think there is a 100% honest freebie site company out there lol.

There's no DQ'ing. You just only get one gift.

I did both $500 (3 offer) amex sites, but had no cookie/cache problems. All my offers wound up on the proper pages.

So, you're saying you completed both trustedrewards and rewardsparade $500 amex (six offers total), and now you're only getting one $500 GC?

Well if I used different email addresses it seems I wouldn't have gotten "caught" automatically by doing the same offer, but on two different sites. I guess they are going to start enforcing it now more though that if the offer you sign up for is the same as a different offer you have signed up for, you cannot do it regardless of the domain.

Only getting 1 gc for flippin 6 offers.

Chill out. Somebody got left out of the barbecue? What do you mean explains my sig?

I'm just notifying everyone that its at your risk to do different domain brandarama sites since they consider many of the sites to be one and the same. Im going to call again tomorrow since I want to clarify that $500 3 offer amex cards are not considered the same if the website template is different. Almost seemed like if you see a $500 amex 3 offer, you cannot do any other $500 amex that is for three offers even if the site also looks different.

I think that the interchangeably of the word 'offers' is causing confusion.
For example, looking at the above quote, it sounds like you're saying you did the same offer, (e.g., trimday or blockbuster) and not doing the same prize (offer) (e.g., 500 amex) .

dmorris68

03-09-2007 20:03:59

I'm confused about that as well. You seem to keep saying you did the same offer, which is never supposed to happen no matter the sites or companies involved.

To clarify did you repeat the same offer on two different sites, or did you do completely different offers on two different GC sites, and they're telling you can only get one GC? Because if the latter, that flies in the face of folks who have been doing several Brandarama sites and getting paid for all.

ahaxton

03-09-2007 20:31:26

OFFER is the word used by brandarama. Its in relation to the term of an offering. Brandarama's offering is the gift cards.

Honestly, Ive been here for a couple years now, I think I understand not to repeat offers. lol

Thank you for contacting us.

You cannot complete the same gift more than once from our websites, regardless of which website it is. Any offers you completed towards this gift would have gone towards one account as you cannot do the same gift more than once.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

07,

Sounds like you got lucky. Sounds to me like the begining of a crack down by brandarama. My guess is we are going to see a few people that did say 500 amex cards on two different brandarama sites get DQ'd on the second one.

Not disagreeing with you 07 however it sounds like from the emails that were posted above that the policy has changed. It will be interesting to see if any of us that have done say 2 sears cards one on YTB and one on Brandarama will get them both. Like I said I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop on Brandarama. I say NT implode and now with SOOOO many people doing offers on brandarama for cheap $25-$50 for say a $1k gift card it is only a matter of time before either brandarama closes up and leaves people hanging or they pull a NT.

The earlier amex card shipped extremely fast as well. Of course, at the point the only brandarama site I had done was a visa, and I waited for 5 months on that one -- all things are relative )

RewardsParade was my other site, and it shipped in about 5-6 weeks.
