My printer messed up when I tried to print my certificate for plasmatv4free.com and I lost the window with it in. I am unable to go back in and reprint it. what do I do? I have read alot of someone named molly on here that works for ideal. Can she help? is her username just "Molly"

doubt you will get help from Molly...she does not do much around here now a days...
your best bet is gonna be to email support letting them know what happened. They should help ya.

Her contact is ContactMolly. But I'd try emailing them... worked great for me the one time I had a problem with them. Just be friendly, and don't be afraid to beg )

So the best thing to do is to check my status page and my email? if the status page says processed, does that mean I don't have to mail it?

This happened to my friend. He e-mailed them and told him what happened, they responded saying send in a W9 and a copy of the e-mail as verification to the same address as everyone else. He just wrote what model TV he wanted on the print off of the e-mail.

Just to update everybody on this. I sent my w9 and a letter in today to Ideal. I never got any response from CS. Hopefully I will have good luck. Thanks to everyone that helped.

I had the same problem, I couldn't print my cert. It happened on friday, I emailed them. They responded on Tuesday. They told me that my account had to be manually processed. They asked me to mail my w9 along with the email they sent me.

yea that happened to me before, it turned out way better since they process you quicker!
