Since someone hacked the iphone, the prices on ebay for the 8 gig have gone down from $700 to $500, and Apple is saying they are going to drop the price of the phone to $400 or something (!). Looks like we are screwed. All I planned to do was resell it on ebay. Guess we wont make any profit off them now huh?

Won't make any profit? I can see how it can take a bite out of its value, but if you got it as a freebie for doing less than $50 worth of offers, I fail to see how you won't make any profit even if it sells for $400. Or $300. Or $200...

yeah prolly sholdve done the plasma TV lol. i hope we can at least get $500 for the iphone on ebay though.
mainly, i get pissed if i dont make at least 500 profit because my car payment is 520 a month and i like to use only freebie money to pay for it (so far have been), so i can put away 100 grand for a down payment on a house in 2 yrs from my main job.

Has anyone actually gotten their iPhone yet. I suggested this site to a friend who wanted an iPhone... he was processed August 8th and Wednesday will mark the end of his 4th week. Seems a little slow for I Deal (according to their average shipping times as of late). Anyone?

did you really think you were going to get more than retail for an iphone, for 10 offers you could have gotten a 1,000 giftcard, laptop, or plasma/lcd tv

Has ANYONE gotten their iPhone yet? It's getting a little late... I Deal has been sending out gifts within 2-4 weeks (except backordered notebooks) and here it is, just over week 4 and a friend of mine hasn't received his yet (processed on 8-8 ). Anyone?

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I've said time and time again, a check is not the same (unless of course, you were going to sell the "freebie"). I love getting that knock at the door... most of the time it's unexpected... receiving a PHYSICAL gift. lisigh
