I just completed all required offers for the xbox 360 elite through bestrewardsaround.com. I have checked EVERY day and finally today it shows I am approved.
I printed out the certificate and it says that it must be RECEIVED by tomorrow.
Is that a system error or are they serious? Do they expect us to overnight our certificate in order to receive our gifts?
I have just sent an email to their customer support, but i don't know when i will hear back from them, so I was hoping to get some help here before I go and spend 30 dollars or more to ship a letter overnight.

It's a glitch. It happens on PlasmaTV4Free, too. You have 15 days to get it there, per their Terms of Service.

Well I'm no i-deal expert but..... When dealing with i-deal I think the general consensus is to error on the side of caution. Quick question though, for that xbox elite site, when did you start doing offers & how long did it take to get credit?

I started and completed all offers in one fell swoop. I think I did them all on July 30th, so with being approved today for all offers, it looks like it was around a 20 day turn around time.

I don't even care about Halo, I just wanted the console and now I'm getting discouraged.

That seems to be the case. I haven't even heard from them since I emailed them about a problem I had with the site when I originally tried to print the cert and the page didn't load properly. I got an email from "george" at "directtechnology.com" after sending in a help request through the site. I followed his instructions, sent in the cert with my W-9, checked the site after I posted my problem in another thread, it said they'd received it and processed it on Jun 19th and they would send it out within 6-8 weeks. x

i am in the same boat except on the plasma site certificates were sent mid june, received an email from support june 27th saying certifcates were proccessed and gift would come in 6-8 weeks and i still havent heard anything back from support, and no gift.

i printed my voucher on 7/31/07 and mailed it that day. my expiration date for the account was 6days away and they have to receive it by 8/21/07. Well, its 9/9/07 now and my account still gets the message that my account expired!! This is for the 42"plasma site.
How do you guys contact them? through phone or the contact on the site?how long does it normally take for them to reply?

How much was the check for? It should be at LEAST $500 because an Elite is 450 and Halo 3 is $60. So $510 is ideal. Then again my offer was for an Elite AND Halo 3
