Correct, ENOM is the registrar/reseller they bought their domain from.
Their contact info is private, which is becoming common for a lot of freebie sites. When you're familiar with the different networks, you can usually tell who runs them by their site layout, TOS, any contact addresses, etc.
I recognize their layout, terms, and contact address, but can't remember for certain who this is. I would tend to agree with Roll though that it's Rewards Gateway/Generous Genie.
