I still don't know if the TOS states that you need to keep all the offers for at least a month or what...it states

[quoteab6008a338="TOS"]You must remain an active member for at least 30 days and observe a 30 day waiting period for completion of all Sponsor offers.[/quoteab6008a338]

The only thing I can find via a google search regarding this company is this one person over at another forum who said

[quote34b21228ef]
I completed all offers required at the time I registered. Which was 3. I've emailed them 21 times within 2 months and heard no response from them. I asked them how I login to access my account progress. Still no response. I filed a compliant with BBB and it is now on file for the public to view. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do the offers for this company...

Of course, he is just one person and could of had a bad experience...

I signed up for the site, and am willing to give it a try, but I'm waiting on the email that is supposed to have my login info before I complete any offers.

When I did a accidently pasted the TOS quote above into my url bar it reditected my to Metarewards - who had the same sentence in their TOS (but they are no longer active I think). Don't know what that means, but found it interesting, haha

It does look kinda scammish, the offer says macbook pro, it also says 1,000 value. THe macbook pro goes for double that and the specs they give are for a macbook not a PRO

ILoveToys

22-05-2007 17:01:19

Still nobody called them?

ghounds07

22-05-2007 18:07:18

yup, no one responded and I was gone all day today, don't really know what we want to ask them, haha.

All I am going to ask is if you have to keep the offers over 30 days.

ILoveToys

22-05-2007 18:18:03

You could ask them for some sort of proof that they've shipped gifts and ask about the wording about a Macbook Pro, but everything else points to the regular Macbook....

ghounds07

23-05-2007 14:37:51

Well they responded via e-mail with my question about the 30 day thing

[quotefeaa359de4="Mygiftcardcentral"]For fraud purposes our advertisers require a waiting period on most offers to ensure the customer does not quickly sign up and then cancel. In order for us to get credit for the sign up, we require a 30 day waiting period on any offer you sign up for.

To answer your question, you do not have to wait an additional 30 days to receive credit. This language ensures that you, as a member of the Reward Depot, will remain a member for at least 30 days after sign up. For instance, if you sign up and then cancel within 30 days, you may have not received credit for the offers you signed up for b/c we may have not received word from our advertisers by then.[/quotefeaa359de4]

so do you think you could be a member of a 30 day trial for 20 days then? I know you shouldn't cancel immediately, but what do they mean...hmm I'll call right now about the Macbook Pro thing.

ghounds07

23-05-2007 14:41:36

ALL for a grand prize of 1,000 bucks.

I'm starting to agree it should not take a week for an email to come. I guess they hope you do your offers right after you sign up in hopes you never even get your info to log in.
