this was my friends first time doing MHFG.. It was not mind but they said in there TOS that you could do sites more than once just not the same offers, I didn't repeat any offers

I think the yahoo email is because alot of their emails is labeled as spam so the yahoo email address goes through just fine

Its okay I think that means no more offers you complete will count towards the prize. If you read their TOS is states that once an account reaches the 30 day mark no offer (unless a CC application) will count towards your item after 30 days and you have 30 days to complete the specific number of refs.

Yeah, that's what I figured as well. Still worth a shot at contacting them. The name used to sign off in the e-mail and the name used to create the forum account were two different ones, so I thought maybe the person signing up on forums might be able to provide a little help if we prodded her.

I don't get it. If they say they're investigating, why do you think you can speed up anything with a letter to the BBB? Let them investigate, and when they don't find anything wrong, you should get your money. if not, THEN you should attack. They got slammed with a ton of people doing these sites, and with everyone and their grandfather panicking and sending in 800 any emails a day, they're probably a little swamped.
Oh, and lay off mentioning "everyone" when you respond to them and just talk about yourself. MHFGs has this crazy idea that their links were "improperly" posted on (gasp!) some forums and you speaking for "everyone" will just confirm that rumor.

Relax. Nothing has happened yet, and people are still receiving gifts. Also, we have the TOC from when we all signed up, and I assume that most of us, myself included, signed up and completed the site according to those terms. As long as that is the case then we will be fine.

Working for RevU I know full well the terms and conditions of orders and to read the TOS with a fine tooth comb before completing a site or offer. I didnt even know about musthavefree gifts until I stumbled across their cruise site (the only one I completed and if I had been fraudulant I would have tried to do all their sites, dont ya think) Having read this forum I thought that they were an honest company, but I guess I was wrong.

I should hardly think this thread will be locked because I made a comment. I didn't attack you or your mother or do anything bad, I'm just pointing out that this company has had alot of issues and offering suggestions as to how you might want to just wait this out.
but in response to your incredulity that they would question your commitment to honestly doing their site.. I'm like.. are you kidding? How do they know you from Adam? I mean, no one who did cheat these sites would ever admit it anyway. You can't take these sites' decisions personally and get offended when they ask for proof, or take a few days to check everything out.
I guess I'm trying to say that i think we'd all benefit from relaxing and giving this site time to do the right thing without the BBB threats and multiple support ticket/emails.

This is my stance if you gave valid info/completed the offers in a legit manner, and didn't double dip on offers from multiple MHFG sites - then you lishouldli be golden.
I'm thinking I'll get my gift (maybe with a slight delay because of the influx of customers), and I'm thinking I'll get it more likely if I just wait it out than by bugging them regularly.

My question is will they let me do manual credits or am i out of luck? i would email them anyone questioning their ethics is out the door they are trying to find ways to cut people out from getting their gifts if you got an investigation email ask for proof and hound them as hard as you can.

The bolded is why your account was deleted. If your account is over 90 days old (12 weeks), it will be deleted. If an order was placed, it should still be fulfilled, but you'd most likely have to contact CS for the status.

I thought they only do this to people who do not order. Sigh. As for the two accounts issue, this is one i never did. You can't complete more than one site, so that's why I didn't completed. I talked to the support about that before and they said it is fine as long as I do not touch it. I do not remember my specific date of confirmation - I believe Jan 9 - My item was Bahamas Cruise, I have been talking to Casey back and forth for the last few weeks and they have been very friendly and helpful with me. It's sad though that people had to post links all over the internet about this site, it definantly went agaist those who were doing "a site" legitimately. alas you give good credit to good people when they come through for you. and, likewise, you associate negative credit with a negative experience. Casey wasn't the one who DQ'd you or whatever. She's just a customer service rep, with her own bosses and has to convey what they say/their terms are to keep her job. I'm not saying your DQ'd or anything, but if you were, it wasn't her who did it. Also, if you e-mailed her yelling about how your going to run to the BBB and file charges then there is no benefit for her sticking her neck out to look into it for you. If you're nice and take the time to not be an assclown to CS reps, they can usually go the extra mile for you.
my only point is that it's MHFG that "fucked you over," not Casey 8)

Powerbook, I'm in the same boat as you. I can't log in either (it's been over 90 days) and my account "review" should have ended by now. I got the "we're reviewing your account" sometime in mid-Feb. and it's mid-April now.

For the record, I never signed up for any other MHFG site and the site I completed was the pink laptop, cellphone, and digital camera site. The last time I was able to log into my account, they had knocked my completed offers down from 5 to 2.
But hearing that they're still sending out gifts leaves a sliver of hope that this company is still legit!

I received a $500 ebay gift certificate from them today. I got in late but the company still works and is reliable. They are really slow sometimes to respond( they are not kidding when it says 5-7 business days).I only started the site 2 months ago and already have my gift.

One could argue, theoretically, that you should report all income, of any value, so why wouldn't you report this?

My point is that this income is required to be reported by federal law, regardless of MHFG getting the W-9 or not. YourGiftsFree no longer requires W-9s and he said it's up to his customers with those gift values to report it to the IRS.
Do what you want, but don't say we didn't tell you so and just hope you don't get audited.
