ok i did the $50 visa card offer at nuitech and i printed my cert and im uber confused what does this all mean?

you should have asked in the nuitech random questions thread...
Anyways go to your local bank and ask them to get something notarized, it shouldn't take long and is free. It's a way nuitech is trying to fight fraud.

they sign it and basically verify that they saw your photo id and that you truely are who you say you are... i didnt go to my bank i went to a mailbox ect. type of place and got it notarized for 10 bucks then shipped it out there...

Boy this question gets asked a lot. Try searching the Nuitech threads, you'll see it discussed a lot.
