I was just wondering if someone who has filed a complaint against a company for wrongful withholding of a gift (whether it's because of a supposed "dq" violation, or just never sending the dern gift) could explain how they did it and where they filed the complaint.

A lot of people seem to have had success with Pollprize.
If you search thru this section you should be able to find people that have done this.

Don't waste your time with the BBB or anything. Try to get ahold of the sites legal department and if that doesn't get you anywhere, file a suit in small claims court. Thats about the best you can do. The BBB doesn't matter to these companies...
