Anyone recently receive their plasma from MSG?

Sent in my W9 April 4th and am still waiting...

Think it's silly to wait for the TV yet? They emailed me and once again offered a $1000 check. I'm tempted to give in and take it... the email said it would be mailed withing 5-9 business days...

We have every intention of shipping you your plasma television, however, we cannot say with certainty when we will be able to ship it out. There could possibly be a long wait.

If you do not want to wait, we can immediately send you a check for $1000 in lieu of the television. This will be mailed out within 5-7 business .

Please reply back and let us know. If you choose to take the check, you will receive another email asking for verification of your physical mailing address. You must reply to that confirmation email to receive the check.

True...but I do not need more than one plasma and trying to sell it would be difficult...may as well take the check, I think.

29-06-2006 22:07:35

well my worry is that they will never ship and just go out of business.... i am thinking about buying a 24inch dell monitor with the check... but i really want the 42" plasma

Someone spoke to a CSR at YFD and they said that new sites will be coming out shortly...so that seems like a good sign (or a lie).

Netblue, Inc. Secures $20 Million in Funding from Oak Investment Partners
Oak Investment Partners Backs Leading Online Direct Marketing Company
Mountain View, CA -October 27, 2004 - Netblue, a leading online direct marketing company, today announced that it has secured $20 million in Series A funding from Oak Investment Partners . Oak Investment Partners, a 25 year-old leading growth-oriented venture capital firm, has a strong track record in information technology investments including Internet and e-commerce, enterprise software, and communications.

Since its inception in January 2002, Netblue's direct marketing programs have delivered over one million profitable customers to clients such as Discover Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and Columbia House. Netblue connects marketers with consumers through all of the Internet's major distribution channels including web, search, and email. Unlike most pricing structures in both traditional and interactive advertising, Netblue's unique pay-per-customer model provides marketers with a risk-free way to acquire large volumes of profitable customers.

"Performance-based advertising is the fastest growing component of online marketing," said Fred Harman, General Partner at Oak Investment Partners. "Advertisers are increasingly demanding accountability and we feel that Netblue's pay-per-customer model represents a huge opportunity."

"Netblue offers its clients a very simple solution - large volumes of profitable customers," said Kenneth Chan, Netblue Founder and Chief Executive Officer. "We are seeing a ton of demand from marketers in nearly every vertical and are very excited about the future."

So im pretty confident that at least the people who have sent their certs/w9 in are gonna get their shit eventually.

great post junior, makes me feel a LOT better about YFD D

20-07-2006 18:17:44

ok so after about 3.5 months of waiting for either Netmarket or Complete Home to credit they sent me an email saying to forward my confirmation emails from both to NetBlue

Then today I get an email saying that Complete Home credited and to verify my shipping address and the 6-8 week "shipping" would start

funny thing is they didn't ask me to send in certificates or W-9

I think I will give it a couple of weeks then email back asking how everything is coming alone

weird don't you think?

JUNIOR6886

20-07-2006 18:54:43

more than a little weird. If i were you i would email and make sure you dont have to send in certs... imagine after 2 months finding out you have to send in certs.....

I believe that calling them is the best way to get updates

you could also try email but it tends to be a little slower
