I had 2/3 completed when the site closed, so I asked support if I'd still get my gift, or some sort of compensation. They told me they'd send me a $100 visa in return for my 2/3 offers. They said they had created and forwarded my vouchers to the product shipping department, and to expect my gift in 6-8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks later and no gift, so I called today to check up on the status. I was told that I was not on the master list of gifts, and since the site is closed now, I wouldn't be eligible for the gift. The guy told me I could forward the emails I had to them and they'd take a look at it, so I hope they make good.

On a side note, about other popular issues, they again said there is a delay on the plasmas (which would be an LG model) and offered me a $1,000 check in exchange for the plasma. Since I'm selling one to my friend for $1,000 and keeping one, I figured I'd wait. He said it was not a one-time deal, and I could call back later if that's what I chose. He also said that they would be shipping iBooks from GadgetCity, unless they couldn't get any, where they'd send a "comparable or more expensive product, or check".
