Someone in the Off-Topic section mentioned these headphones and I looked into them, they are the best headphones I've ever seen but expensive...

So my question is, does anyone know of a DIY site that gives these headphones out as a gift?

it would be nice if someone would give a link to the ec5 insted of saying
"use a 500 dollar giftcard and just buy one" Because the average sane person isnt gonna drop $100+ on headphones even with a giftcard... roll

Well if there is no headphone site out there, is there any other choice? You can do a site, get your headphones, and have money left over for other things, how is that bad?

my problem is, I would like a radar detector, and af ew other things that aren't offered on these sites, but if I get a $500 gift card, i'm not gonna spend it on them, i'm gonna go to the ATM and withdraw it... i guess I'll have $1000 x2 from YFD that can't be withdrawn, so i'll spend one on all of my extra stuff at college next year, and one on random shit that I wan't but don't need? haha

After a little research, I found this offer for e5c...but it's 10 offers and you'll end up hitting an OOD....

and this offer for e4c...this one looks better than the e5c IMO, so I might end up doing this one, plus the guy above said they are better? Can anyone confirm that?...

What do you guys think?

I have the E5C that I got from niutech. I would get the E4's. The E5's wrap around your ear, similar to what musicians use to hear their music, but the wrap around wire doesn't stay tight on the eat and stays around from it, making wearing them very awkward. They are only good if you want silence, otherwise they are impractical for everyday use. I only use them when mowing the lawn and use the normal ipod earbuds for everything else.

Not worth it at all. $1000 or a $200 ear phone? Take your pick...

Good Morning

I have the E4Cs and they are great.

You may be better off going through eBay where they are selling for quite a bit less than they go for retail. ulenie is right, 10 offers for a pair of headphones isn't worth it

I picked mine up from "htauthority@yahoo.com" on eBay for $164+$12 (S&H) a couple of months ago.

He has a new listing up for $168+$13 [here][=http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=9706562853&ssPageName=MERC_VIC_RSCC_Pr4_PcY_BIN_Stores_IT][here]

Best of luck to you with either route you take, you'll love the headphones.

Thanks everybody for helping out, I think I might go ahead and buy these with my GiftCert that I'll get from FreePay....Is there anyway to use that money on eBay?
