Has anyone heard of this one? I can't find any info on it. It's for a Toshiba laptop, 6 offers and 1 referral with no OOD.
I've already done my offers and got a referral but now I'm wondering if I just got lucky and found the site before they up the requirements or did I just make a giant mistake.
Google and the forums don't offer much info so any help would really be appreciated by this noob.

Ideal site for sure. I'd hold off on it because they are being shady with a lot of people...

It's a little late to hold off but the out-of-pocket was low enough to make it worth the risk.
