[b7a5ad8f64e]Conga has been suspended[/b7a5ad8f64e][/size7a5ad8f64e]

I saved the congaline information just in case its needed again.

I do believe that the people that had already signed up are locked in on the old requirements, but to those who didn't get to sign up, I am sorry. (
If anyone knows for sure whether you are locked in or not, please post or PM me.

Just read the terms again to make sure it was the same before I did any offers.

[quote7a5ad8f64e]i. You must successfully complete the following sponsored offers two (2) offers from Silver Offers, two (2) offers from Gold Offers, and six (6) offers on Platinum Offers.

ii. Refer at least two (2) unique person (s) who join(s) and also correctly complete(s) the same offer requirements listed above.

bruman

16-04-2006 17:41:22

Anyone know what the policy is for completing two i-Deal sites?
I already completed, and am processing, for PocketPC4Free.

Can I still do this site without any worry?

bruman

16-04-2006 17:56:44

Ok, I found this in the TOS

"[bf87a8b489d]Users are allowed to create a unique account with each referral-based site, as all of these sites are not linked together[/bf87a8b489d]. Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts within a single referral-based site. All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold."

AJ still needs a referral.

Does doubleocivicsi still need a ref? I'll take the next one in line, whoever that is.

[b9e5ff25aa8]The only caveat is my ability to complete enough offers![/b9e5ff25aa8] Since I've already completed 11 I-offers on another I-Deal site, plus some of these same offers from other sites, it might be tough -- but since only 6 are required here I think I can manage it.

Oh, and I don't do the AIM thing so unless you can GoogleTalk it'll need to be PM or e-mail.

ajrock2000

17-04-2006 10:56:16

Ok, I have a way this conga will go faster.

We clear the conga line of all people. We take sweeedfish's ref link, and whoever is online wanting to sign up will sign up with that, and pm their ref link to me or a mod, and we can pass it on to whoever needs it next, and repeat the same thing. This is going to take a while to go through this list because I didn't start it off correctly. Sound like a plan?

Ok when I go into my account it says 2 offers required for the platinum offers page, yet when I click to open it, it says

Well i know those of us that signed up before they changed it have it locked in at 6 offers and 1 ref, and if you printed or saved their Terms and Conditions before they changed it then that will reflect the 6 offers and 1 ref too.

I think those of us that signed up should still all do the site, and if the last person is now unable to get refs, if they rest of us end up getting or gifts we could each do one ref on a referal site for that last person as like a consolation...something like that

On other I-Deal sites like CSC they grandfather you in at the requirements in place at the time of signup. I started CSC with 8+1, by the time my ref signed up it was 10+1 for him, and for his ref it is now 10+2. My requirements didn't change and I just got approved this morning for the original terms. So those of you in at 6+1 are most likely okay.

Makes me wish I had just signed up with no ref now. I didn't want to screw somebody out of a ref, but now I've screwed myself out of the offer altogether. No way I can do 10 more offers on an I-Deal site, at least not for six months.

So you can remove me from this list too... (

Ok, apparently my girlfriend didn't get in at the 6 offer-1 ref rate.

I have a few questions
1. I got in at the 6 offer, 1-ref rate. My GF signed up under me at the 10 offer, 2-ref rate. For her account to count as an approved referral under my name, does she only have to complete the 10 offers (and not have to get any referrals)?

2. Is there a minimum time delay from signing for an offer and getting an offer approved (like YFDirect) or does it approve immediately as i-deal processes them?

Any answers would be appreicated.

I got mine from YourCoolFreeStuff but apparently my ref didn't. All the iDeal confirmations that I've seen look the same, however. You just need the correct config and stage values to go along with your email in the URL. If lianybodyli got a RedTop confirmation then they can post the relevant bits here, minus their e-mail, and you can build your own confirmation link.

The URL will look like http//www.whateversite.com?config=XXXXX&stage=XXXXX&email=XXXXX

Obviously, replace the hostname and the XXXXX values as appropriate.

BTW I've not had any problems receiving iDeal e-mails of any sort, including confirmations and approvals. I use GMail.

Not according to their T&C. I'm not signed up here, but the other I-Deal sites I've done have the following blurb at the bottom of your status page

The trouble is Energy Vitale and Cosmetique aren't as obvious as TrimLife's offers as being from the same company. I noticed only because I checked the fine print at the bottom of the EV page before doing the offer on CSC, and noticed it had a copyright notice with "Cosmetique" in it. I had already done Cosmetique so I stayed away from it. I don't know how strictly they are enforcing it, but they have given themselves an "out" to disqualify you. You have to pay attention to these things.

Yeah, they've always said they don't manual credit, even though the T&C imply that they do. Everybody pretty much just does another offer, since they're easy enough -- assuming there are any left you can do.

This is an important point that newbie I-Deal members should be aware of. I forgot to mention it -- we should make it a sticky somewhere or something. )

ANY TIME you are about to do an offer, click the offer and refresh your status window until you see the clickthru show up as "Pending." Sometimes clickthru's just won't register with I-Deal, and if they don't and you complete the offer, you will not get credit! This happened to me with the YourMusic offer -- I got in a hurry and didn't wait for it to show up as Pending before completing. It lineverli showed up in my list. So if you wait the 1-5 minutes for it to show up as Pending before you complete, then most likely you will get credit (unless it's one of those offers that never credit anyway).

Also, every time you click an offer, that's a new Pending entry in your offer list. So don't think that because Offer X showed up as Pending yesterday when you were just browsing offers, that it will credit today when you actually complete it. You must wait again for an additional Pending entry in your list before completing. If you don't and that clickthru doesn't register, then you get no credit even though you had prior clicks go Pending for that offer.

sha316

21-04-2006 14:09:54

Fuckkk, I clicked on multiple offers multiple times before doing their offers. And I dont see multiple "pending" for any of the offers now. Hope that doesnt mean I dont receive credit for that offer. All I-Deal sites say it, but it's at the bottom your status page, not on the main T&C. I don't have a Redtop account because they raised the refs before I got in, but if it's I-Deal then the bottom of your status page should have this text

If you all know of anyone else interested in getting a plasma send them over to one of the "other threads". Thanks.

Same thing with me. Passport to fun was the only to not credit...Should I try to do another one of those $1 offers since this one didn't credit? Or is that considered against i-deal's TOS? I was thinking of maybe doing Today's Escape or 24ProtectPlus. Are those the same company as passport to fun?

Possibly. But I hardly believe they are 'watching this forum' like others say. I can't imagine them wasting time like that. They probably just see the trend of everyone completing and then raise accordingly. Makes perfect sense.

Anyhow, Today's Escape doesn't credit. So I imagine any sister sites, like Passport to Fun, etc. won't credit or are simply not allowed as per i-deals terms.

dmorris68

25-04-2006 06:19:56

I think you'd be surprised how many sites "watch the forum." We're probably their most aggressive and diligent customer base, and most likely to finish sites quickly and move on to new ones. Many other sites are known to keep tabs on what we're doing, I don't know why I-Deal and the other DIY sites would be any different.

Passport To Fun, 24ProtectPlus, and Today's Escapes didn't credit for me either. I've never done these before, but I recall on YFDirect my girlfriend did offers from the same parent company (Dealpass) and it took almost 2 weeks to credit so maybe I'll wait it out...

I think it will only show up that first time but it should still credit ok...

dmorris68

26-04-2006 12:21:28

Oh, it will definitely show up again! If you click an offer, close the window, click again, close the window, click a 3rd time and close the window, you should see THREE clicks Pending on your status page.

As I've posted before about completing these I-Deal offers, this is important! Make sure the click that you're going to complete has shown up as Pending before completing the offer! It takes less than 5 minutes to go Pending, usually. I lost credit for one offer because sometimes they just don't register the click and it never goes Pending, which means it never goes approved. The click from yesterday will still be there but will not be tied to the current click that you're completing. Wait for the current click to show Pending libeforeli completing the offer!

ffactoryxx

I disagree.

I dont see 3 different pendings for a single offer every time i click it. Instead, the time clicked next to pending changes to the time of each click

so say i clicked the offer at 1030pm. I close the offer and click at 1035. The time next to the pending will update to 1035

Mine too, and I'm pretty sure it's been the same on every I-Deal site I've joined. I haven't done this RedTop one though, but I doubt seriously I-Deal uses a different offer processing system on this one than their other one. So it's a bit strange that you're seeing that.

Well, I'm not saying it's required, I'm saying it's a safer bet. Going Pending is proof that the click is being tracked properly. Cookie/tracking issues cause probably 95% of missing credit problems, so if you know the offer is tracking the clickthru properly, then you have a better chance of getting credit.

Of the 2 I-Deal offers I've ever failed to receive credit for, 1 was for a known "non-creditor" and 1 was because I didn't wait for it go Pending first. If I had waited, I would have noticed that something was wrong with the click and would have tried again. Other people I know doing that same offer got credited easily, so it was apparent there was a tracking problem on my end.

That is when I became diligent on waiting for Pending, and have not missed credit on an offer since.

For I-Deal sites it takes 24 hours for your referral to show Approved on your list. So if he just went approved today, you should see it tomorrow. And no, his referral is not a factor in your being approved.

Once both you and your referrals are approved, you will receive an e-mail at 4am the following morning, directing you to a link to generate and print your redemption certificate, along with a PDF copy of IRS form W9. You print and fill out both forms and mail them in (highly recommend a trackable delivery method, I always use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and for $1.05 extra you can get Signature Confirmation if you're really paranoid). Yes, they are legit enough to get your SSN -- if you don't supply it you won't get anything.

They took about 4 days to receive and validate my forms, at which time they sent a final approval e-mail saying they everything was approved and my gift would ship shortly. They say expect delivery in 6-8 weeks, which is about right from what I'm hearing from other I-Deal shipments (some might have been received a little quicker).

Don't pay attention to all the naysayers just yet. I-Deal has been paying out on sites for months, they just appear to do it in cycles. If you've done everything by the book and paid close attention to details, you shouldn't have any trouble. I haven't done this RedTop site but I have completed ConsumerSavingCenter and everything went flawlessly, including receiving all the e-mails on time.

dmorris68

02-05-2006 10:30:15

Yeab, their e-mail confirmation link is just your regular status link. We've all figured out the codes and stuff from long ago -- all iDeal sites are setup that way. So the signup confirmation e-mail is not that important. The most important e-mail to me was the one that said "we have received and approved your redemption certificate and will be shipping your gift shortly." Those are the ones you really want to get. )

I've always added the site's e-mail address to my address book in GMail, and their messages never go to the spam folder. I've gotten every e-mail (signup, cert link, and cert receipt confirmation) on their CSC Plasma site. Since every other aspect of their sites seem to operate the same way, and based on what I've seen with others, I'm certain their e-mail processing works the same way. If my ref will finish his YourCoolFreeStuff offers, I can test that theory to see if I'm 2 for 2 on everything going smoothly with iDeal.

Just be patient. These DIY sites, especially I-Deal, take a LONG time to pay out. If you haven't waited about 2 months yet, there isn't anything worry about. If you get your cert link and confirmation of receipt, you should be good, just sit back and wait.

As for LONG -- it is reported to take up to 12 weeks, although CSC told me 6-8 weeks from the processing date.

As to the e-mail address, I haven't done this RedTop site (req's went up before I got in on it) so I can't say. If you can find your signup confirmation e-mail, the domain should tell you (probably RedTopSavings.com). Each I-Deal site has a different CS e-mail address. For ConsumerSavingCenter all e-mails (except for Trish's) came from the [bb467ef50c3]consumersavingcenter.com[/bb467ef50c3] domain. YourCoolFreeStuff e-mails come from, you guessed it, [bb467ef50c3]yourcoolfreestuff.com[/bb467ef50c3]. The initial signup e-mails usually come from somebody's name@whatever, while everything else tends to come from cs@whatever.

You won't get the initial confirmation email. As far as I know, nobody has. You will, however, get the gift redemption email after doing your offers and getting a referral approved.

Really? I wonder why the other I-Deal sites would send the signup e-mail and this one not? They all seem to run on the same system to me...

I'm tempted to sign up for this on a lark, just to see if I get the e-mail -- no way in hell I'd finish it though. )

dmorris68

03-05-2006 13:38:56

That's why I avoided Beautilsse -- I caught that on their terms as I was just about to complete the offer. It seems that I recall one other offer with similar terms (aside from the usual hosting plans and BocaJava) that required you to continue into the autoship program to keep credit. Can't remember which one, or on what site though.

No, I got in early in the conga and I'm done with my offers with my offer and referral requirements still 6 and 1 respectively. Watch out for cosmitique

Just a heads up. I did the energie vitale offer on April 23rd. They charged my card on May 3rd and I still hadnt recieved the product as of today. I called and they say the item is shipped 3rd class mail and can take 3-4 weeks to recieve. When she told me this I said i would like to cancel as it was pointless that I would recieve the 30 day trial after my trial period was over since i would then be into an autoship month. They can said you a letter snail mail with confirmation of cancellation but how gay is it for the uninformed people who get the trial after the 30days is up.

They also said i could keep the trial and i would not be charged

Ouch. Well i just read that I deal Dq'ed a few people who had only completed about 2-3 offers and didnt even finish. If they are dq'ing really quickly, maybe us who are approved and didnt get dq'ed early on bode a better chance

dmorris68

So far, I've yet to hear of anyone who completed an I-Deal site and got cert approval confirmation being DQ'd.

mikeman565

16-05-2006 17:10:45

thats good to hear )!)!)!)!

dmorris68

16-05-2006 17:29:45

Well, not saying it can't or won't happen, just that I haven't heard of it yet. Actually, I've only heard of maybe 2 or 3 DQ's here, and 1 of those was due to duplicating offers by the user's own admission.

I-Deal doesn't seem big on explicitly DQ'ing people. I have a feeling that when they suspect something fishy, they just ignore them and let their accounts expire without processing their certs or anything. It might explain why a lot of people never get their confirmation e-mails or their certs are never processed, while other people get timely e-mails and confirmations. (I'm not accusing all those people of frauding, just saying I-Deal might be suspicious for whatever reason and chooses to handle it that way instead of going to the trouble of explaining themselves).

lisighli

Don't know about the anti-christ, but since you made the comment I'll point out that you are the person who duplicated offers. You violated ToS and got DQ'd from ALL I-Deal sites... same as would have happened with Freepay or any other site.

I fully realize there are those who have valid complaints about I-Deal sites that may very well have grounds to complain or even sue. You, however, are not one of them, IMO.

How would I know? I don't have any insight as to who gets what or why or how long. If your certs were processed okay and you got the confirmation then I'd like to think your chances are pretty high. It might take 3-4 months, but I think I-Deal will come through eventually.

We have members here who've been paid by I-Deal, but it's been over a month since their last payout. They may be on a long payout cycle to build up lots of revenue in between, I don't know. But I don't feel like they're a fly-by-night scam and run outfit because they've been around for awhile, are still in the same place, and are being quite active with approving certs, raising refs on existing sites, and opening new sites.

Only time will tell, and in the end I'll be here to either eat crow or say I told you so, right alongside the rest of you. )

And BTW this is all asked, answered, and debated in the other I-Deal threads, so I'm going to just start pointing over there rather than repeat this over and over every time the subject comes up...
