DIY sites that offer $1200 or more checks or giftcards...

I got an email from someone who is interested in completing DIY sites that offer $1200 or more checks or giftcards to help pay for their college expenses and what not. Does anyone know of any that are easy to complete and will allow PO Box addresses? I thought you had to have a physical address, but maybe I'm wrong.
