has anyones status been change after sending in their voucher yet as of this week, ive sent in 2 last week nothings changed yet. (last time it only to 3 days for the change)

Same here. I sent 2 vouchers and it has been 4 weeks and nothing. Still no updates or ibook. I emailed them and no response, and i Called them. They keep telling me 3-4 weeks to go processing and they would not tel me if they got my vouchers. They are bsing me on the phone so I don't know what to do. I am afraid I won't be seeing my ibook anytime soo.

I'm in the same situation. I sent in 2 sets of vouchers already, one with delivery confirmation, so I know they have them.

they do phone support till 530pm EST though. I am beginning to think they don't want to give out free merchandise as easily anymore. (

IRC Ibook here. I waited one month and I sent in another voucher. Maybe they are backed up? I don't know, but I wish they would just tell me what's going on.

Im really glad its not just me having this problem. I thought my first voucher was lost as well but i sent another using priority with confirmation
and they recieved it almost a week ago and still no update to my account.
But guys its NuiTech, we'll get our stuff sooner or later )

I talked to a supervisor actually and let him know a lot of people are having the problem. He says he will tell staff to take a closer look around and do a formal search. If he doesn't find anything he will ask me for the voucher by another method, I guess fax or email maybe? He said it should take 3-4 weeks tops to be processed for an ibook or any gift. Usually it's just a couple days if not less. So, that's an update. This guy was definately helpful unlike the others. I guess it's because he's a supervisor. He said he will email me tomorrow. D

I sent mine 3 weeks ago and didn't experience any problems, in fact I already receive the $750 Germany World Cup GC. Got it a couple of days ago.

I sent 2 forms (finance-offer and freetshirt) in 2 weeks ago, and they haven't been updated yet. I sent my sports-offer form 3 days ago, and it's in fulfillment. The only difference between the 3 forms is that the sports-offer form I sent priority w/ delivery confirmation, and the others I sent regular 1st class....

After speaking to a supervisor, I went into fullfillment!! YEAH!!!!! Turns out my voucher was misplaced becuase it had a different address. I changed my voucher so the address would be different from my account. Since i was moving I didn't want it shipped to my old place. Anyways they just wanted to verify no one was stealing my account and that I truly was the account holder. How long does it take to get the ibook after you are in fullfillment. Do you get a tracking number?

according to my tacking number my 3rd voucher reached them at 10am
and my account went another day without an update....

Yes! I finally went into fulfillment too! I sent them one week ago from today (from Kansas) and finally got my status to change! I sent them old fashion snail mail, but I am uber excited...
Now I only wait a few more days for some rockin' awesome prizes! Also, I checked my status about about 950 ---so I am not sure when they update accounts, but I would say around 10.
