I do not want to be disqualified for "fraud", so I was wondering which prepaid credit cards are allowed to complete offers? Which sites do not require w-9? or do DIY sites accept some other kind of verification?

thank you

A good site to check for this is

http//forum.freeipodguide.com

Search the forums at that site -- I think you will find the answers to your questions. It's a very helpful site to know how to search.

^what? is he being sarcasic or just an idiot?

nonetheless, you don't have to fill out a W-9 for prizes of $599 or less. i.e. - you do a $500 gift card, no w-9. you do a $2000 computer - you do have to do a w-9.

That depends on the site. Some are requiring W9's now regardless of the prize value. Reason being the tax liability is for a cumulative total of $600 for the entire year, not for a single prize, and people often get multiple prizes from the same company. I don't remember which specific site it was, but we were just discussing this new requirement the other day here in the forums.

Most sites require a W-9. Doing offers with a pre-paid CC isn't good because the leads are always bad and it leads to fraud. If you aren't 18, don't do these sites...
