Anyone sent a voucher to Nuitech lately?

I sent two vouchers in last week and my account hasn't been updated yet. Usually they've approved my account in 2 or 3 days, so I'm wondering if I should resend them. Anybody sent in a voucher recently and had their account approved already?

Well, maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm on the west coast and they're in Florida. That doesn't explain why it only took 2 or 3 days the first couple times though.

I sent my voucher for the ibook a week and a half ago and nothing. I am hoping to hear back soon. I sent another one just incase. The guy i talked to from IRC on the phone was very rude. He would not tell me if they got my voucher, all he said was it takes 3 weeks to process the voucher and they don't update the status. He told me i will be updated when my ibook will be shipped by a tracking number through email. And yeah he still didn't tell me if they got my voucher so i sent another one. ( The guy was truly one asshole.

Same here as well but when you call them about a BIG BIG prize like a laptop that you sent a certificate in for they say 3-4 weeks to process the certificate BUT they don't tell you if they have recieved it or not. But when you call to ask if they recieve something small like a $100-$500 GiftCard they tell you immediatly..

I always have a voucher processed one - two days MAX after it is sent.. 8)

The support is always good, and I am always transfered to the manager for some reason..

If they called you back on your home phone or cell phone and your phone has caller id, the number that the manager called you back from is her personal phone line. Like I have Julie's phone number one of the customer reps, and I keep redialing if someone else is on the line with her because she is the best (well for me that is) she has helped me with all my issues and concerns and reassured me. Some of there customer service agents are just nasty.

can they DQ you if you sent another voucher? I have seen no status updates for over 2 weeks for my ibook. I called and been told it takes 3-4 weeks to process but that does not explain why they can't tell me if they got my voucher. So, i sent another one. I hope they don't find a reason to DQ me because of it. Everyone kept telling me how they were so fast at these things i am starting to think i am being ripped off (. I don't see why they can't tell me over the phone if they got my voucher. Well maybe it got lost in the mail. so hopefully once this one arrives something happens.

I dont think anything is going on. They just have a high volume of transactions and customer service inquiries that it wouldn't seem off for some of them to get lost every now and then.

They absolutely will not DQ you for sending another voucher. I emailed them about mine, and their response was that they hadn't received one from me yet and that I should send another to speed up the process.

ripped off by Nui Tech, i have to laugh. To answer your question...

in JANUARY my cousin sent off for his Sony Vaio. Noresponse, no account update.. finally I printed out more vouchers for him and sent off friday, a second voucher. Today (after 6pm) they show his account updated with a shipping request.

Mail is slow, so I wasn't going to bombard NT with extra vouchers until a long time had passed, but the point is, there is no way they'd DQ someone for sending in a second voucher.

And for the record, after a good... 25+ gifts from this one company, this is the ONLY voucher that wasn't received within a week. NT is the heat! D

I have a good NINE people who both sign up for things for me, and let me use their name so....

and NT has like hundreds of websites you know... very easy to keep doing new sites.

thats not how it works. Sometimes I'll sign up for the site in their name and pay them to do the offers, but most of the time I'm merely passing along links, or making them come over here and do the site.... Also, the number of gifts I mentioned are for everyone collectively, My mom and cousins/friends have received a number of things, and I'm counting them all. I don't mean liIli have gotten 25 gifts personally.

we pay for everything, and we keep good offers, and we keep the advertisers happy. Don't lose focus in trying to get a gift and destroy the freebie sites that feed you. Understand the business, how it works, and all will be well.

This thread has strayed too far off topic and has turned into a "how we can get a ton of gifts by trying to beat the system". NT does not approved of this and if they find out you will lose any investment in offers you have outstanding.
