Hello. I have already completed the $500 GC for CIP and I am also doing the $500 GC for Computer-offer. Will I be required to send in my SSN since my total of free gifts is $1000, or will I be ok since they were from two seperate sites, with each under $600.

No, you don't have to do a W9 unless a single gift is over $600.
