Ok, here is another site just like the consumersavingcenter one. This one is for the Dell W2400 42" Plasma HDTV. Dell probably sucks at plasmas but I am going to give it a try. They probably will send a check D . The requirements are to complete 8 pretty easy offers and refer one person.
These sites have terms against doing multiple of their sites In a six-month period, each household may qualify for and receive (a) multiple promotional items with a total value of $1000, or (b) one (1) promotional item with a value that exceeds $1,000. A household may qualify for and receive each promotional item one (1) time.

You can do multiple i-deal sites, you just can't do each one more than once.

There are some bad reviews about a buzing noise it makes and also about Dell customer support. Other than that the picture quality seems to be excellent, which is a big plus for HDTVs.

The turn around time seems to be very quick. Like 15 days after you submit your vouchers. But I would expect it to be more like 6-8 weeks bec i am sure they going to be bombarded with plasma gifts for the next month or so.

The problem is not if you can sign up for multiple of the sites in their network. Its their requirement on receiving gifts that amount more than $1000. They are very vague on that issue.

From what I understand two people signed up for will, which doesn't help him in any way - unless he had another account. I dont know whose fault it is but there is nothing I can do.
That is why people should post on the forum who they signed up under as soon as they have signed up so that the person can be removed.

Or do another offer. I haven't figured out a way to contact them by phone yet. I also did an offer for them earlier today that didn't show up on my offers page, and sent support an email about it. One thing I also did, that you may want to do, is visit the offer again, and do not subscribe to it. That way, it will at least show up on your office page as pending.

I completed all 8 required offers this afternoon for the plasma. They are all "pending" status. Does anyone who has signed up for offers so far figured out the time frame from pending to in progress to approved? Is it like YF where it could take 45 days?
On a side note, their terms of service are worded kind of funny... the requirement to get the plasma (or any of their other offers) is to complete 8 offers and refer another person who also "completes the requirements" within a 60 day period (your account will automatically expire 60 days from registration). If this is true, then no one will ever be qualified, because for me to meet the requirements, my referral will have to meet the requirements, and for him to meet the requirements, his referral will have to meet the requirements, and for them to meet.... you see where i'm going with this...

I got credit for 5 out of my 8 offers the first time but rhapsody didnt credit but i had heard bad things about that, and shopping and driving 4 free didnt credit but i did new offers so we will see how things go this time. i heard i-deal was real bad about crediting offers, i think it was gigante that tried to tell me he had to try like 36 offers or some bs, im not calling him a liar but thats just unreal. i mean I had to redo 3 offers but the 3 that didnt credit only cost me 2 dollars.

I followed the chain that was on the thread and did someone's referral before other people who are moving to the top of the list ahead of me.

There needs to be a roll call on who needs a ref AND a confirmation from the person who referred them. There definitely seems to have been a split or 2/3 lines that started simultaneously. I'm not sure the reasoning for keeping the next in-line in the first post in the thread. I'm certain there is one... but that post only get's updated when ulenie (or whomever) has time and by the time they update it... we could be several refs down the line.
If PMing is being done to make sure there's no violation of the T&Cs here... that's understandable. If not, it seems like confirming your interest in signing up under someone in the thread could be the easiest way for all of us to verify who should be up next. Also the only thing I have ever heard of being a problem at i-deal was when tjwor completed a site a while back and they told him to confirm his email and he clicked on the link on his email and it wouldnt work and they wouldnt answer his emails or phone calls to he really got screwed but otherwise the whole manual credit problem in my opinion is not that big of a deal.

i say for the next site requiring a ref, we form an actual line from post 1. like the original poster will say hey i found the site so im on the list, then PM me to get on the list. that way, the original poster can add people to the list in order of their PM time, and the list will let people know who they need to be signing up under (the guy right ahead of em). so the list wont represent the people who need refs - just the order in which to sign up.
another question that im sure has been addressed but im still not 100% on it is that u know how theres multiple trimlifes? well, realistically i could do nothing but trimlife offers and complete the site. would that be allowed or would they say hey theyre all trimlife, even though they're all separate offers on the site (and different varieties of trimlife)?
also, they say you can't complete more than 1 offer from the same sponsor within a 6 month period for them, so does this apply to purchased offers as well? like for the ink or coffee offers? cuz i kinda wanna just get ink and coffee on each of the ideal sites im doing but dunt wanna violate...

I like this idea. The only reason I don't sign up for i-deal sites is because I don't want to risk not being able to get a ref because someone screwed up along the line.

i completed Energie Vitale and after the 7day period it did not recieve credit for it.
Then i tried Cosmetique, after i signed up for it i notice it was the same company as Energie Vitale and i called right away to ask them to voild my registration. knowing that i will not get credit from that offer i subsituited that offer with yourmusic.com and this morning i recieved credit from both... now i have 5greens on gold offers. will they ignore Cosmetique cause i did another offer?

I'm not sure how strict they are going to be about this policy but Cosmetique and Energie Vitale are 2 totally different offers. I hope just because they have the same parent company they don't DQ. The Trimlife, Trimlife one is a little more sticky but if they are different offers, it should be ok. Thats my opinion but we'll see what they say...

Cosmetique and Energie Vitale are from the same company. I did the former for IRC and the latter for the CSC Plasma and both greened for me. They are both (clearly) different offers so you shouldn't have any problems.
Last night I did some offers for the e-ResearchGroup Plasma; I did one Trimlife but I also did a Trimlife for the CSC Plasma. The CSC trimlife was the Ephedrine and the e-RG was the CarbCombo so even though they are two different products, they only show up on your status page as Trimlife. I e-mailed CS about it but didn't receive a reply.
Same goes for the Gevalia Kaffe offers, I did both last night on different pages for the same site because one is $15 and one is $10 and you get different products with each.
Out of the 7 offers I did last night I've only been charged from one of them which was Trimlife. shrug
I just hope it doesn't look like I'm doing more than one of the same offer. (

i think it only has a 1-7/8 period for crediting, speaking from my experience. i did video professor and a few others and got credit in 24hrs and others took exactully 7 days.

I'm approved at their Rolex and got an email from Molly today asking whether I wanted a Men's or Women's Rolex. I did Energie Vitale and Cosmetique (different offer levels) and didn't have any problems at all getting approved.
As TSJ suggested, all of the Trimlife offers are different - that's why they have different names when they show up in your pending list.

So it appears that BullsEyeMedia is now running the show for I-Deal at the Consumer Savings Center site and also the Rolex site. Everyone can email a live person and get responses.
However, I just the T&C for the Dell Plasma site and it still has "Blue Interactive" as the registered agent. In addition, I still cant get a reply from anyone here. I sent in my certs about 14 days ago and I have received my return receipt from the mail but have seen no change in the status on my account. Is anyone else in this position still or has anyone actually had their account change recently? Do we still have any email address for this site, wasnt there an email address for Molly at some point in time?

I've skimmed through most of this thread and i'm not sure if this has already been covered, but that address on Barnes is for a "UPS store"-type of place. So all correspondence will go into a single box for someone to pick up, don't be fooled by the "Legal Department" moniker. After some searching, I found the number for the actual store and gave them a call. From what I was told, #105 is still linked to Blue Interactive and someone still picks up mail (what they do with it after that is anyone's guess).
Regarding correspondence itself, I sent my certificate 04/13 USPS certified/registered/tracking. Something happened along the way and when I checked the status on the USPS website, my initial envelope was not deliverable (but has not been returned, which is odd). I made copies of everything and sent it again (this time UPS) on 04/25, it was delivered today. I called the store to verify and they do have it, and was told someone at Blue Interactive does have to sign for the package (so i'll know THEY received it). For those who sent their certificate USPS, give them a call or check the website to see if it was delivered.
As for e-mail, i'm not sure if anyone has tried to e-mail them lately but i'm using gmail and tried to send a send the message to the CS, Privacy and Info addresses on 04/18. After a few tries, it finally gave up and I received a 'permanent failure' message on 04/22

Small claims court doesn't require legal fees on your part. However... if they are a legit company they do have a lawyer on retainer to represent them and it's in their best interest to pay you. If you followed their instructions then they'll have to pay their lawyer + the monetary value of the gift + plus any interest the judge sees fit to make them pay. So get your complaints in to the BBB for documentation purposes, keep good records and stick it to them...

ok im to lazy to go back and look exactly what links to click but u just go to www.bbb.com and then u click the dispute resolution link, then click dispute resolution opportunities and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "file a complaint with the council of bbb" you fill out really detailed shit and then they say that u should be contacted by the bbb in the next 30 days but i got some wierd screen after i was done saying that there was no bbb office close enough to blue interactive so I have to like print the page off and mail it to the bbb headquarters or something like that and so I will do that tomorrow i think. just in case it didnt go through, cuz i contacted tech support and they said it went through but I will mail it just in case.

what you could try instead of actually filing is fill out the complaint form, and make screenshots of each page and email it to them, and tell them you will be filing this if you cant get your problems resolved. this worked for me when I had my insurance not paying a claim. the company called the next day and paid.
this may work or it may not, but if it works at least you wouldnt have to actually go through with the process

I lodged a complaint with the BBB about both Blue Interactive and I-Deal Direct. Nothing happened on the Blue Interactive complaint but just today I received a reply from I-Deal. This is what they stated
"The certificate was processed on May 12 2006 932AM
Per the terms and conditions of the website, please allow 6-8 weeks from the date the certificate was processed for delivery. Patience would be appreciated since the certificate was only processed less than 4 days ago. "
I lodged the complain on May 2nd. By "coincidence" I got the email on May 12 that my certs had been processed.
I sent my certs by certified mail and noted that they were received in Portland, OR on March 27th.
My reply to the response from I-Deal, was pretty basic. I provided them my tracking information showing delivery on March 27th. I provided a quote from my original approval email on March 23rd, "Please allow 6-8 weeks for the shipment of your free gift after you visit our Redemption Center."
I then noted that they had given themselves a deadline of 8 weeks after I visited the Redemption Center/Mailed in the Certs. Under that reasoning, my gift should be delivered by May 27th and that is what I am currently expecting.
We will see what happens. I would not suggest bombarding the BBB. I did not want to complain, but it had to be done I believe by at least a few people to get I-Deal's attention.

I lodged the complain on May 2nd. By "coincidence" I got the email on May 12 that my certs had been processed.
I sent my certs by certified mail and noted that they were received in Portland, OR on March 27th.
My reply to the response from I-Deal, was pretty basic. I provided them my tracking information showing delivery on March 27th. I provided a quote from my original approval email on March 23rd, "Please allow 6-8 weeks for the shipment of your free gift after you visit our Redemption Center."
I then noted that they had given themselves a deadline of 8 weeks after I visited the Redemption Center/Mailed in the Certs. Under that reasoning, my gift should be delivered by May 27th and that is what I am currently expecting.
We will see what happens. I would not suggest bombarding the BBB. I did not want to complain, but it had to be done I believe by at least a few people to get I-Deal's attention.[/quote4ceced022e]

I don't know why they make claims they can't afford. I think all the people who got screwed should file a complaint. The only reason they responded to Clemsiq was because he filed a complaint, if he didn't they most likely would have just ignored him. These guys need to pay up or close down.

It shouldn't take 6.5 weeks and a complaint to the BBB to get an e-mail that a person's certificates were processed. My certificates were received by BI on 04/27 - should I expect a confirmation e-mail on 6/8, or do I need to file a complaint too? (That's a rhetorical question, I won't be doing that)
It is rather odd that of all these sites being run by the same company, YCR is the only site that has completely evaporated (unless there's one that I don't know about). If it is the case that those of us completed the requirements will still receive their TV, that's great. But they can't expect for us not to be upset considering what's happened so far.

I contacted trish about ycr on the other forums, she told me that she works for bullseye medio, which is a different company. Its all bullshit though, they are all owned by the same fucking company, but are separate for some reason. I just want my tv or money.

They are different marketing companies. Bullseye is not I-Deal. Bullseye took over CSC from I-Deal about midway through the promotion. They may have the same parent, but operate independently and have different CSR's as far as I can tell. They have different addresses in different PA cities, too.

Yes, but you have to admit it all seems like bullshit. It basically seems like they just created a new company and "sold" it to that one. I know that my check from csc and freeluxurywatch both came from i-deal in chicago.

Actually, Trish just posted today over on A4F that her office with Bullseye Media is in Delaware. So not even the same state as all the I-Deal addresses.
I-Deal is not really different from the other DIY sites in that they create a new "marketing company" front for every other site they do. I don't know if it's a franchise thing or a tax thing or what, but Nuitech and YFDirect and all of those seem to have a bunch of different companies running their sites as well, no?

Holy shit, I think that pretty much gives definite proof that they are all the same company right? Yourchoicereward is there, and so is consumersavingcenter. My problem, STILL, is that my account says its expired, even though they got my forms a week before the account expired (

Just click on all properties on the second link from above and you can see all of their sites. These people should definitely be able to afford sending us our stuff that we earned. I'm not cashing a $100 check if they try to start sending those out for this site too.

My account was expired also and i had to resend in my certs, w-9, a copy of confirmation from ups for delivery, And a note saying i completed the requirement and i mailed the certs on time.
After like a week my account was approved ]

I sent them a letter a few weeks ago, and then I sent my forms and w9 again last week and just today I got an email saying they redeemed my certificate! Now I would just like to see them actually sending people stuff, I really want this tv.

Oh I didn't hear that. I've done 3 plasma diy sites now and got a check for each, so I kinda hope I get an actual tv from this one.

A quick update from another forum (refstop)
A couple of people who sent their redemption certificates in early April are just now receiving their "you've been approved" e-mail. It's telling them 6-8 weeks (i'm guessing from the redemption date).
Interesting note the e-mails are coming from @yourchoicereward.com addresses that are bouncing back if you try sending something to them.
As much as I want to resend my certificate along with the UPS printout showing they received it on 04/27 (before my deadline date), i'm going to give them a chance to do what they need to do on their own.
