Will DIY site call support be open tomorrow? I have like ten vouchers to get and a few manual crediting to do.

Do we have their entire work schedule printed out and hanging next to us?

I talked to Bigwin on the phone friday about vouchers and the lady said they are closed on mon and if i didnt get them to call on tues.

I didn't know if it's customary to close big places on national holidays, or if anyone else had called on days like Christmas or whatnot. If someone had called on a national holiday in the past and gotten through, or gotten a machine, I'd have an idea.

Yes, but I don't think it needed it's own thread, this forum is already clogged up with junk threads. A post in the YFdirect questions or FAQ section may have been a little better received.

I don't see what's wrong with its own thread. By tomorrow this thread will have disappeared to the second and third pages and it won't matter where it was posted.

I'd prefer having a hundred threads with a few replies than a dozen threads with hundreds. It's easier to sort through.

no its just because there are threads that cease to die.

So what? We're not talking about a crippled horse, we're talking about a thread. If people get tired of the thread then they'll stop posting in it, and if they don't, then it shouldn't be locked.
