I just got off the phone with one of the owners, Chris. We talked for probably about ten minutes or so. He said they will have a 1-800 support number up next month sometime. I have been waiting on credit for an offer since September, and Chris said he would take care of everything. Just email them the conf email from the company through their site. They should reply back shorty.
He also said they had some problems with some advertisers (as in orderit4free's case) and that some ofers have not credited. Email them and they will be credited as long as you completed the offer. Hope this helps.
