The order to halt sales was stayed, actually. I seriously doubt they'd actually prohibit sales, especially with such a gigantic judgment. Additionally, the patents were only for the technology that went into the controllers. In a worst-case scenario, they'd just halt production of the dual-shock and reverse-engineer a design of their own.

if you want GTA or something like that, III and Vice City are out for xbox, and San Andreas is coming out in a few months.

xbox is by far superior...but ps2 are still on sale, still on the shelves. theyre appealing it so legally theyre still allowed to sell them(thats what i read anyways...)
