I have recently started listening to some of the Podcasts available out on the net. Problem is that many are poor quality (content and audio) broadcasts.

Has anyone found any "must hear" podcasts? I love the idea of having options for my audio at work.

Thanks!

New rule

If you ask a question on the internet... that's easily discovered with a quick [bc7d92e4e8f]search[/bc7d92e4e8f] on the internet, you don't get an answer.

Cripes man.

Why even post if youre gonna say that? Starting to sound like the veterans over at srtforums where I also hang around.

Why ask a question that takes 10 seconds to answer on Google? How lazy is that?

And further, why should I type up a moderately detailed answer that rewards laziness when the response I did give might just prod the person to find out for themselves?

Give me a break. At least I posted something in the thread that actually addressed the purpose of the topic. What have you contributed?

Well because somebody posted a thread, so I thought I'd pop a quick questiong thinking it was no big deal. As far as I can tell, all you've contributed to this thread is taking a big crap on it...done with this one.

Speaking of lazy... did you not see my very first post in the fricking thread?

Is there something wrong with you?

Basically, you can pretty much figure out what it is without googling, but in case you didn't and did ask i mean whats the big deal with answering its radio broadcasts on the ipod.

What's the big deal with... not?

People chastise others for all sorts of reasons. My own reason is because I don't want to reward laziness, and don't mind prodding someone to pick up the slack.

Is that any less worthy than a post above like... "podcasting is stupid?" What does that have to do with the thread? Who cares if someone thinks it's stupid?

Why is that not worthy of a rebuke from you?

For anyone interested, here is a good definition of Podcasting[=http//searchenterprisevoice.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,290660,sid66_gci1044707,00.html]Podcasting.

It is a very nice feature for handheld audio players for those who are looking for "new" content in addition to their music libraries. I like listening to some of the tech podcasts on my way to work just to help keep on changing technologies. The challenge is finding the "quality" programs since there are sooooo many available.

Hope this helps....

Have you listened to any of those I suggested?

I'm also a new fan of The Daily Source Code.

Yeah, I currently listen to the DSC (Adam Curry). I have heard the Dawn and Drew show mentioned in several other podcasts and I have just added it to my current subscriptions --- based on your recommendation.

Thanks for the tips. Keep 'em coming.
