Is this possible?

I haven't really been able to get a clear answer by reading through these forums...

I was wondering if its possible to signup for the same offer for two different sites, if I use two different credit cards? In other words, do a trileagent offer at Site A, then do it again for Site B but with a different credit card.

My guess is no, and that's fine...but I see a lot of people here signed up for a ton of sites and trading heavily and I wonder how they are able to complete so many offers. It seems impossible to do as many as they are without duplicating.
