i am on one of their websites and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a customer service and contact page. i have a couple questions that i want to get to their attention but i cannot find a place to send my email. i do not want a computer response. anyone know their email address or where i could find it?

I think they removed email support and are only responding to tickets now
