It's also been slow for me. All you can do is wait the required 15 days and send in a support ticket if you still haven't received credit.

Rhapsody takes 7 days. It says you need to be a member that long, so I assume they make you wait that long. Check in a day or two.

rhapsody has a 14 day trial period.. i signed up on the 18th for it and still no credit.. gratis has been slow in other places as well.. i have a bunch of should be green right now that are taking forever.

gratis takes forever for anything anymore. I had to harass them for like a WEEK to give me credit for my rhapsody signup. Heck, I still haven't cancelled that...dang...
anyways, just relentlessly send them CS messages with the full body of the receipt you got from Rhapsody.

I did RealRhapsody, and it does require the entire full 7 days. Yes, it's a long wait.

You (and people like you) are the reason Gratis has been taking "so long" to get things done. Do you think customer service reps having to wade through your inquiries frees them up more quickly for other tasks? Believe it or not, manpower is a limited resource. If you don't want to wait....get a fucking job and buy the shit yourself.
