Then why's it saved as Photo_Joke_What_Losers.gif?? Just kidding. This would've made sense like 5 months ago when they had the system where you could enter someones email and Gratis would send them an email.

Uh no it doesn't. If the ref has been rejected it'll say "Referral not approved."

lately..OC has been crediting the wrong accounts....I had someone follow my link and complete an offer and he was never there. It's been happening to others as well...maybe now they are fixing their f-up?
I hope so..lol Gratis needs to fix themselves as well...they made me waste 2 offers by crediting my freeipods account instead of macminis...and refusing to change it...
