Buyer's Advantage Circuit City cards..?

Seems like people are posting these requests...

Does anyone have any link or info on the $20 in CC giftcards from Buyer's Advantage?

Brandon used them...you get two $10 gcs and it takes a bit of time to get them. I think it took 2 or 3 weeks for mine to come.

Any other info you need?

I wouldn't say that. It did take a long time. When I got mine I had forgotten about them!! shock

When Buyer's Advantage sends your membership packet, about 4 weeks, it looks like standard junk mail, inside there is a small post card to send away for the free $20 CC gift card.

I'm guessing they're banking on most people discarding the envelope as junk mail or not seeing the small card to send away for the CC card.

Just be on the lookout!

Damn. I already got my packet, and there wasn't anything in there about the gift cards. I guess I got screwed - such is life.

I got mine 3.5 weeks after I signed up and was charged $1. In the packet is a small whtie card that says you need to fill out and return to claim your $20 gift card.

You could call Buyer's Advantage and ask them to resend it. I'll re-post if there is a way for it to be scanned or something and posted online.

I never got a packet from Buyer's Advantage. I got an email that asked me to fill out information to claim my gift.

Same thing happened for Great Fun (actually did get a packet from them), Complete Home, Net Market and now Travelers Advantage.

So far, I've got two $10 Circuit City cards from Buyers Advantage, two $10 Lowe's from Complete Home, two $10 Circuit City from Great Fun.

Now just waiting to get the digital cameras from Net Market and Travelers Advantage.

i just used my cards to buy "the incredibles DVD" online

Just used my two remaining $10 CC gift cards to get Ozzy Osbourne's "Prince Of Darkness" box set for under $10 (incl. tax).

Oh, I got the confirmation, but I haven't seen anything about these stupid giftcards, electronically or on paper.

I never got a link like Complete Home and Great Fun. It appears BuyersAdvantage may do it differently now.

Eh...I bet if I printed that out it would be constituted as mail fraud or something since it's not the original card...I might do it if I have the time. Thanks for the info, though.

i got my cc cards from buyer's advantage almost 2 months after signing up. i filled out both the online form and the gift card so i can't tell you which one is the one that really matters. i had given up hope of ever receiving them so it was a nice surprise. maybe your cards are just really delayed as well.
