I know alot of people list their links on ebay sold as 'info' to get free stuff from gratis. I got an email tonight from ebay cancelling all my auctions saying that if I did it again they would cancel my account. How does everyone else get away with this and not get their auctions cancelled?

Some of them probably use stolen accounts.

You should read their terms and conditions. it outlines that selling links to sites outside of ebay is not allowed.

I know people that are still listing those auctions and not running into any problems. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Maybe because Ebay wasn't make enough money....
because what i heard before when ebay was still as one of the offers you could do, gratis didn't require you to win an auction you bidded for, you could just bid on anything and not win and earn credit to freeipods.com or the other sites so ebay got mad and gratis killed it. (i heard)
