Creating new topic, PMs, sometimes takes me to forum page?1

Hi,
This is a great site, but for some reason I occasionally have a problem that DRIVES ME NUTS! When I want to PM someone back, or create a new topic, sometimes when I click on these respective buttons I'm taken to the master Forum page, not the create PM or Topic page... I switch sometimes from Firefox to IE with the appropriate URL to complete the action, but this happens in BOTH browsers, so sometimes I'm unable to PM people...has anyone else experienced this?

yep, theres no propper way to fix it i think, most likely a server side issue not client.

I agree, its drives me crazy sometimes. especially when in a hurry, and u need to make a quick pm. BAM, it takes u back to the main page.

I've never experienced this... what URL do you guys use to access the forum? Keep in mind that you can access it three ways (http//forum.freeipodguide.com, http//forums.freeipodguide.com, http//www.freeipodguide.com/phpBB2/) and each way requires it's own login and cookie setup (eg. if you're logged in to forum.li and you goto forums.li you wont be logged in).

I think this has something to do with the problem. I use http//forum.freeipodguide.com and it works great...

I use forum.freeipodguide.com and I used to have that problem but it seemed to have stopped for me.

I think it's more the fact that it logs you out every 5 minutes. When you hit PM it's actually logging you in and sending you to the main page. I bet all of you have it set to automatically log you in.
