My referral got in touch with Gratis about not receiving credit doing the video professor offer. They said to "send the verification e-mail". Wouldn't you know he does not have it anymore and deleted it. My question is, What could he use as proof to show that he completed the offer. He has the CD's and his account was charged.

Same thing happened to me for bmg. I dont delete stuff though so I honestly dont think they sent me one. Its been 10 days though so i dont think I'm getting credit.

Maybe you could get in touch with Video Professor on the phone and ask them to send you another verification email? Just say you never got one and would like them to send one. I think they would be able to do that, not sure though.

I don't think they sent me one either, and I'm really stingy about what emails I delete.

He claims he deleted it. It was stupid of him to delete it. Pictures is an idea. My ideas were to get in touch with Video prof and ask for the e-mail again or fax gratis the bill that he got.
