Okay so I've been stv on my CyberPower since 2/25.
I contacted Cyberpower directly, and they said that they were completing the order for gratis internet, and it would ship this friday.

So I woke up, and checked my account, and what do you know - status is now "shipped" on the main page.

However, When I clicked my order number, the next page appeared with
"status - Shipped (NOT SHIPPED YET)" above my shipping address. shock

Anyone else ever have this happen to them?

Why would they bother changing the first status to "shipped" if it really wasnt shipped? ? ?

Anyone? Anyone?

it probably means that they're just ready to ship it out, but a carrier hasn't picked it up yet.

That's what I would guess.

I thought the same thing, but it gets shipped out directly from CyberPower, not gratis.

I doubt they tell gratis when things are sitting around waiting to be shipped. It would just make more sense to send them one final email after everything has been put together and shipped.

It's just...weird... ? (

customer service wrote
The item should ship shortly.

roll WOW roll

[sarcasm]
Are you guys sure you can afford to waste all that valuable help time with that whole five word response??
Maybe it would have been more cost-effective to just write "soon"?
