Hey if you already installed the software and drivers for the 4G 20GB ipod so you have to install the stuff that comes with the shuffle or do they all use the same drivers?
P.S. DHL sucks ass.

iTunes will support all iPods. (Provided it's the current version)

The current firmware updater includes all the ipod firmware as well.
