lets say you complete an offer, its approved then you cancel it. can you start another free trial for the same offer after the offer is already cancelled or do they store that info or something?

I've signed up to offers twice, but the first time I did the offer was like a year ago when I was going freevideogames.com. Some will let you, some won't.

Great Fun, Netmarket, those types let me.

Bargain
Travelers - they wouldn't

...and stamps.com remembered me, but let me sign up again for a free trial...

Then again I actually try the services, so if you cancel the next day maybe they won't let you.

I've tried with the same cc. I think that's what he is referring too. Did you sign up twice with the same cc?

This type of behavior is discouraged, and is largely the cause of the recent VoltageNet shutdown. If you want these incentive sites to stick around, avoid engaging in this or any other fraudulent behavior.

Well, you can buy a websecret card and sign up as many times as you like using various permutations of your name and address )
