About 2 months ago I signed up for someone under PVPs4free but never completed an offer because the person decided to back out, and since then I have abandoned the account. What I would like to know is can I still signup for PVPs4free under someone else's referral link and not get penalized for it? Could I do it using the same email address or do I need to use a different one?

u can't sign up using the same address as the system won't let u. It's also against the site's policy to sign up for anything twice. Proceed at your own risk.

Thanks for the response, so basically I got screwed and can never complete PVPs4Free unless I want to give the guy that backed out on me on a trade a green?

I know on Gratis one of my referrals for FreePSPs signed up twice on mine, but he completely abandoned the first account and stayed green during approval. Now whether that will apply to OC or if my case was just a fluke, I dunno.
